A good friend pulled off a VIP/Photo pass to the 311 show here in Chicago tonight. I got the call confirming the passes at around 7pm. I was there and shooting by 8 or so.
I didn't get there in time to get behind the barricade with the other photographers but I went out front with the 70-200mm and got these shots from around 300-400ft away. These shots prove "L" glass is worth the cost. It out performs me! It deserves a better photographer! HA!
To the friend(s) who pulled off the passes for me, thank you again! You know who you are.
