2 Down, "?" to go!!

Last weekend, I shot my second wedding. It couldn't have gone more smoothly for me. Being one person, it's hard to be everywhere at once but I think I handled it fairly well. I borrowed a second camera too which helped a ton being able to have two different lenses available at an instant. This second wedding was outside compared to the first in a church. It may seem bright inside the church but when it comes to the camera, it's plain dark!
So, I guess the first wedding was actually my most challenging concerning lighting. On top of that, it was my first wedding. I was nervous. MY BATTERIES WERE GOING DEAD BEFORE THE CEREMONY WAS OVER. Yep, I learned on my first wedding first hand what I have read about all along. "The difference between a professional and an amature photographer is extra batteries" Thank you Jerred for being there with the back-up! A quick stop at his house on the way to the reception and I was back shooting again. I may still be an amature but I got batteries like the pro's now! ha!

It was amazing to me that in the course of about a month with some help from the internet looking at other wedding sites and about a million questions to Jerred, I felt much more comfortable with the second wedding. So far, the two weddings I have shot were great experiences. I am looking forward to the 3rd!
